Complimentary shipping is available:
All orders are shipped with tracking via UPS or USPS. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, and again once it’s been delivered.
Returns or exchanges
If you ordered the wrong product and it hasn’t been used, you’re welcome to exchange it. Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
For lost packages:
Please contact us at blackettandco@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the courier. Note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered that go missing.
For damaged items:
If your candle arrives broken or damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
