What are the benefits of soy wax?

Soy wax is a natural, clean-burning alternative to paraffin wax. It doesn’t release toxins or carcinogens into the air, making it a healthier choice for your space.

Our soy wax is:

  • 100% North American-grown
  • Renewable and biodegradable
  • GMO-free and not tested on animals

Soy wax also burns up to 50% longer and produces around 90% less soot than paraffin, making it a mindful, lasting choice for your home.

How are Blackett & Co. candles scented?

Our unique fragrances are blended using premium essential oils and phthalate-free fragrance oils.

Our fragrances are:

  • Phthalate-free
  • Paraben free
  • Vegan
  • Never tested on animals

Do candles expire?

For the best fragrance experience, we recommend burning your candle within one year of purchase.

How long do your candles burn?

With proper candle care, your candle will last for 40+ hours.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, complimentary shipping is available on orders over $125 (before tax and after discounts) within Canada.

Orders under $125 in Canada ship for a flat rate of $10.

What shipping methods do you use?

All orders are shipped with tracking via Canada Post or UPS. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

For lost packages:
Please contact us at blackettandco@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the courier. Note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered that go missing.

For damaged items:
If your candle arrives broken or damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return or exchange policy?

If you ordered the wrong product and it hasn’t been used, you’re welcome to exchange it.

Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
