All sales are final, no returns or refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to resolve the issue - we want you to be happy with your purchase!
If an item arrives damaged please contact us. Photos of damaged items are required in order to collect the insurance through the carrier. A refund will be issued upon receipt of pictures/return.
In the event that the carrier has delayed delivery or has lost the item we will attempt to correct the situation up to 30 days from the time of shipment to allow the post office time to locate the item or return it.
