Shipping

  • Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $125 in Canada and US.
  • Orders under $125 in Canada ship for a flat rate of $12.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking via Canada Post or UPS. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
  • Taxes, duties, and import fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns or exchanges

  • If you ordered the wrong product and it hasn’t been used, you’re welcome to exchange it.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

For lost packages:
Please contact us at blackettandco@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the courier. Note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered that go missing.

For damaged items:
If your candle arrives broken or damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
